Getting to Know Lorraine Quintero at San Diego

Jesi: If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time? 

Lorraine: I would read, volunteer, and host more parties. 

Jesi: If you could turn any of your job activities into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning medal for? 

Lorraine: Organizing my lending requests. 

Jesi: What do you wish you knew more about? 

Lorraine: Etiquette 

Jesi: What are some small things that make your day better? 

Lorraine: Seeing my children happy. Taking a walk at lunch. Hearing a new song that's great. 

Jesi: Who’s your go to band or artist when you can’t decide on something to listen to? 

Lorraine: Beyonce 

Jesi: Why Resource Sharing? 

Lorraine: I was transferred in from Acquisitions but I'm having a lot of fun. 

Jesi: What is the most annoying question that people ask you? 

Lorraine: There aren't any. 

Jesi: What’s the best thing that happened to you at work? 

Lorraine: Being part of Resource Sharing. 

Jesi: Why did you decide to do the work you are doing now? 

Lorraine: There was a job opening and I had experience as a student assistant in a library. 

Jesi: What’s your favorite color? 

Lorraine: It depends on the day. Does glitter or sparkle count?
